@pratel If a background check has something of concern pop up then the FBI has three days to investigate it and either give an all clear or a NO-go. This is done so that there is a "Fire lite under the agents" to make sure they do their job in a timely manor.

No I haven't. I don't know if public choice was passed around the tea party. I wouldn't be surprised. I heard about it because there was a hit piece written a couple years ago on one of it's main figures.

Alfred had a section of Laws that nominally are still in effect in the UK, and according to the Book of Doom, no one in the UK is a citizen. The Clause Citizens bear arms while slaves are executed for having arms was latter brought into use in the US for the second amendment. The idea isn't unique to King Alfred's Book of Doom.
