especially in the south
Most blacks live in the south which tend to have extremely conservative whites
the black vote holds more cultural and political importance
They are usually outweighed by large margins
the hispanics are considered just burnt whites
Meanwhile latinos tend to live in places like Arizona, Texas, and CA
so its not like their disposition matters as much
its good for securing the swing states
And they vote blue at rates which can flip swing states like Texas and Arizona
like Florida
Texas and Arizona are swing states for a reason
