not the people who actually needed it

pinochet refused to do the land reform the peasants wanted

then since pinochet was booted, the leftist governments redistributed the wealth and GDP per capita has gone up MORE than 2x

and given the redistribution, more of that gdp gains went to the workers than under pinoshit
