its boring as hell

but at least its stable

manage the warehouse in fact

but i dont really have co workers sooooo

I want to get out and do something

its been draining me

Small business can always be the next great growth 😉

although it makes me appreciate worker class more lol

Time for a carreer change?

even though im technically middle class who still lives at home

er with parents

the 'so-called' worker class here often makes more than basic white collar does

We are growing thats for sure but i cant really do anything with my position even if i had subordinates

Its mostly stable cause its a family members business

theyre also kind enough to pay me $10 and is willing to raise it later

only have one other co-worker, they do marketing

I hope we can grow enough to get more employees

in part because the sooner that happens the more comfortable ill feel about leaving

tbh if i get to a high enough office id like to propose an amendment that establishes Congressional term limits

thatll be hard as hell to get passed though

part of the reason i want new blood is because theyd be more willing to talk about it
