right
nah he's more moderate
salvini is way more far right
isnt berlusconi just populist
similar to the french right but more authoritarian in a way
well yeah the league is far right
previous 8 years the government was PO-PSL so a centre-right party and I guess another centre-right agrarian party, both in EPP, they're more conservative that lets say CDU but they are firmly in the European camp
before that was a bit of PiS so the current ultra-conservative
giorgia meloni is the most far right thing you can vote before literal fascist parties
before that was a leftist government
we were introduced to the EU by the left
so poland is more conserative than ever
all in all Polish politics are def skewed to the right compared to the EU as a whole
the party doesnt reprsent the country
the party in power
we have always been leftist
since the dawn of time
dont u have cohalitions?
yeah but its a socdem coalition
well lemion Poland is getting less and less conservative
yes
thats weird
all our major parties
but you know with proportional systems you get 40% of the vote and you win all so
the parties who arent socdem are really small
the ruling coalition in italy is made up of PD and cinque stelle
cinque stelle got 30% of the votes 4 years ago
it now has around 8%
just to give you an idea of how people like the ruling gov
well
the people want a good economy
the conservatives are socdem??
norwegian conservative
is still left relatively speaking
socdem is left
yeah ok but what do u call rw then?
poland superpower by 2030
aided by italy
our most right wing party still supports socdem
In the previous election, held on 11 September 2017, Erna Solberg of the Conservatives retained her position as prime minister after four years in power. Her premiership additionally received the support of the Progress Party, the Liberals, and the Christian Democrats, who combined secured 88 of the 169 seats in parliament.[14] The opposition, led by Jonas Gahr Støre and his Labour Party, won 81 seats. Other opposition parties included the Centre Party, Socialist Left, the Greens, and the Red Party.
