@Hackata48 SWAT is a collateral duty in addition to patrol etc. My agency doesn't have detectives. Most foot patrol in the South isn't an assignment, it's just something you do. We don't have a dedicated traffic unit but like all cops we have traffic enforcement authority. So I guess I'm all of the above.
