not always, but the majority of the time
There was also shit like when Dee Snyder and Frank Zappa had to testify to prove that music wasn't harming the kids
and then there were people like Jack Thompson going after the vidya games
blanket statements are weak thinking
But at least they weren't punching innocent people in the streets
I would consider that a checks and balances
is it harming the kids? nope
obvious today
and to most people
POLICE
ARREST THESE GOBLINS
THEY ARE CLEARLY FROM THE FUCKING FAE REALMS
```In a report from that probe, four officers โ a third of the small force โ told an outside investigator they were under marching orders to file the bogus charges to improve the departmentโs crime stats. Only De La Torre specifically mentioned targeting blacks, ```
but long ago isn't so obvious
THAT MUCH HAIRSPRAY MUST BE A VIOLATION OF SOME FORM
Man Trump's going to be so pwned! ๐ ๐ ๐
seems like it was just they wanted to make all cases closed, just one of them, and mind you, this is a realy really small force
one or 2.. but yea..
so yea, this is more due to incompetence rather than malice where it was fueled by racism..
They are charging three people about it. But the positive point is that the others did write complaints to the village management and they did start an investigation.
it's more of the place wanted to smell fresh, so they pinned everything on everyone else, just that one or two decided to pin it on black people, otherwise, it would have been noticed that the upper said pin it on only black people..
is it racist to say that blacks commit more crime? and poverty in general (which has more blacks) commit more crime?
I don't think its a race thing,I think its a poverty, walk of life issue more than anything for the record
^more like who is already in the system...
and pin it on them..
which is a problem also
but we, as a society, have to be real with ourselves on the actual problems before they can be fixed
getting people out of the "system" whichever system that is
can only be a good thing
but i doubt they were like, oh let's pin this on that one black kid across the street, it's more like, click and drag and put whoever they have info on and place it as the suspect and close the case..
be it goverment support for them to do little to nothing, the feedback loop of incarceration, etc
could be
sometimes things aren't nefarious
sometimes they are
its hard to judge
and either case it's wrong
```In all, four officers interviewed by Scott said the command staff told them to frame people but only De la Torre specifically said they were ordered to target blacks.```
this essentially says it..
well
they could be not telling the whole story to protect themselves from being called racists
i.e. are the other officers all white?
