his decodes on twitter are absolutely the most spot on I've seen yet - he seems to get it right every time.

Last night I sat here and listened to everyone talking about the 23 or -23 or 23rd....

No one brought up the "Pen" and following the actual pen - and the pen positioning...and how important that is...
