He is not out for good... if he wants in... my understanding is if he shows he is true and if he contacts us in the future and has shown himself as trustworthy... he can request to be interviewed again.

He really makes me nervous.. but that is why I suggested a second interview with him last night, but that was turned down. And that's ok... but without others hearing him to help make that big of a risk decision... it was a hard no for me after listening to his introduction...

I didn't think that... I think the guy sounded like a good guy... the risk was.. wow..too high... without others there... hopefully if he really wants in... he will come back for another interview.
