@mdmur So, here's what I take. Tablespoon of vitamin c. Nanoparticle silver. MMS once or twice a day, 2-3 drops of each component. Boron, Selenium. D3. K2. Iodine from Kelp for even dosage (not in your salt). Q10. I take zinc also for immunity boost, but I have a deficiency, you might not need to.

If I were to get sick I would double or triple the vitamin C, do more silver, MMS every hour or so. I would also start taking Chaga for a bit.
