I saw a video recently (cant remember who by), where they were saying the 14 on his right hand was supposed to represent the 14 chopped up parts of some gods body (cant remember the name of the god) and the fish was supposed to represent the fish that swallowed the gods lost phalus.

Dunno how much of the above is true, but whatever is true , it is all as creepy as hell.
