mainly due to slow offline resources taking ages to move

when i realized ud needed an fob to have fun i lost enjoyment out of the story

combined a S++ stat on at least one skill for soldiers and a 10-15 minute brig time mod if anyone wants the lua

useful if youre far enough ingame to actually deserve high levels without farming FOB events
