Do mopeds count?

I got this one for free, got it running now

It's some 70s Honda Novio

Yeah but I had to change some shit, not much though

Cables, gaskets, filters, bearings, etc

It's a 4 stroke pushrod engine

It's worth about 1000 Euro in this state I think, not sure

Still needs some electrical work, hence the fucked lights and exposed everything

Whole drivetrain had to be replaced as well

Chain must've been skipping so badly

At one point it must've been owned by a crackhead

Stripped threads and rounded bolts everywhere, no maintenance was ever done, lots of broken ball bearings, etc

Wiring was also fucked up

Broken ball bearings fucked up the cups and cones

Pretty dirty engine, valves should've been at 0.05, not >0.20

But I had to replace the head gasket anyway so I cleaned it to a little and replaced all top end gaskets while I was at it

Carb was clogged as fuck

For some reason the crackhead also installed both pedals in the same orientation instead of 180° ... I had to replace the cotter pins anyway

Just how did they get this chewed up? So many questions

So much fucking play, I'm surprised the spindle wasn't fucked up from starting it with the pedal arms on so loosely

Could've been sold for around €500 in the condition I got it

Only soyboys and bugmen would not just restore a free moped like that

Someone niggered up the wiring on my moped

Ignition is fine, it's the accessories that's fucked

No lights, no horn (not even installed anyway)
