If you read the actual textbooks or even watch the History Channel or The Military Channel, Goring DEFUNDED the POLICE who did not Agree with the Nazi Regime, the Police and even the Military were re organized. The leaders of both the police and military were replaced with those who were already followers of the Nazi Party. The propaganda trickled down to the lower ranks and those who agreed stayed in position, all opposed lost their jobs or those outspoke were jailed (fascism). Protesting was made illegal. Media outlets who opposed were defunded. Police who opposed them were also defunded. What the democrat party is doing now by encouraging division, fake news, and cancel culture mirror both Communist Russia and the early Nazi Party.

@Son of Nerds it's unfortunately true, the left took over Germany from the Inside. Hitler was not well like or received initially by the People of Germany, he started underground and he was funded by the George Soros of the time, and slowly gained power through propaganda and manipulation. Believe it or not but, Volkswagon (The peoples wagon) is what initially funded the War Machine and helped garner followers. People who could not afford a car were suddenly able to. He became a great leader then used the power for evil.
