Just so you guys know, the family court is moving to sieze that go fund me and apply it to the mother's legal defense fees. Which sounds crazy till you know that the mother's attorney and the judge are friends.

Well, from what I understand the father can no longer access the account, also here is an image of the request to hold and if able transfer the funds.

Honestly, the judges conduct has been disgusting, as has cps. CPS tried to claim the BF had no criminal history, even though he is a felon. And the mom has guns in the house, which is a nono with a felon. She even had to call the cops when he got violent and she still has custody somehow. Then there was the younger brother testing positive for weed and coke.

But, in the US women get custody 85% of the time(half the time they don't its uncontested) and even criminal conduct is usually not enough for them to loose custody.

Its weird that they would justify the mother getting custody via fear of abuse when mothers are the more likely abuser. Friend of the court also plays a part in the mother getting custody too.

I mean the policy, not literal friend of the judge, though that helps too.
