When I checked Arizona yesterday Trump needed around 55% of remaining vote to tie Biden. That's not too far of a stretch.

Biden has received 92% of Philly's votes. Based on voter registration, that means he got all the Democrat votes (~80% of registrations), all the unaffiliated votes (~10% of registrations), and 20% of the Republican vote (~10% of registrations). Possible? Yes. Unlikely? Also yes.
