Fat deposits tend to show up in hips and arms far more often than the lower abdomen on women. Given that the rest of her maintained the same size, I think any Gyno would say that that's a picture of her pregnant. What constitutes proof?

Probably more difficult because a lot of women think they look unflattering while pregnant, so they avoid non-private photo shoots
