The third party vote is nothing more than a virtue signal

To my knowledge, no third-party candidate (a stipulative definition being not democrat or republican), has ever won the presidency. A vote for a candidate is an effort to get them elected. If we assume that the average voter knows this, what possible excuse could there be for voting for them beyond not wanting to vote for either mainstream candidate? I genuinely want to know.

If you voted for the third-party, you voted for Biden tbh. Shame on you.

I think the vast majority of us are righties.

I think its important to be objective and try to understand where the other side is coming from. They're not all deranged idiots that have no logic.

I think I see what you mean in the sense that without laws to break there is no crime.

Even then I think there would still be crime. If crime is a public/private wrong as it would so be defined.
