No these are disanalogous because you do not consent to go to prision. You lose your permissions granted by the state, aka your rights. That is not your choice. You are being forced.

You may be responsible for your actions. It is irresponsible to partake in an action that has a high risk of consequences. But does not mean you consented to it. Additionally, consent can still be revoked. If a person was dying and I decided to consent to have my bodily resources used to keep them alive. I can revoke my consent at many moment.
