Just have to watch out for the sneaky work arounds to the "May issue" like what MA has where your CCW has restrictions that make it essentially just a license to own like "Range Restriction" and/or "Hunting Restriction". There's also the application process which involves a $100 nonrefundable fee, letters of recommendation from non related individuals you've known for >5 years, a stated reason as to why you need a CCW, and an interview with your local police chief that could result in them instantly terminating your application. The last one makes it so that some towns and cities are easier or harder to get a restrictionless license.
