What is Tim’s preferred contribution method. I want to move away from Patreon.

Tiers are different than Patreon. I have to review my other donations to other channels cause I have to reallocate. But by far, out of the ones I donate to, I find Tim’s content the best.

Maybe I’ll buy merch from the others instead

Do content creators make much on merch?

Yup. I just started Patreon but already decided to stop using it.

Hehe. When I cut cable, I decided to budget 75% to content creators . There are so many content creators I want to donate to. I’m in need to send kids to college mode.

In general, I wonder if my donations should go to content creators with lower subscriber numbers.

Even if I enjoy a channel with millions of subscribers, does my small donation make as much impact as the smaller channels?
