a wall would complicate and hinder trafficking across the boarder. it would not, however, do anything about existing inland trafficking or trafficking through canadian boarders or low flying aircraft (which are reported constantly to the FAA). so considering anything will **stop** human trafficking is a bit naive. best you can do at this point in time is slow it down.
