I think it's really fucked how you have to hire your own lawyer, society is the reason why the law is fucked, being a court appointed lawyer pays for dick compared to private lawyers. The issue with Red switches is that they are worse for typing and games where accidental key presses are devastating.

Since the force to press a red is linear it is easy to press the key accidentally, With Browns and to a higher extent Blues the force required is mostly at the start so it is harder to make accidental key presses but quickly pressing the key is tougher.
