If both the RNC and DNC emails were hacked, why weren't the RNC emails leaked? I can't help but feel like they're being used as a chess piece in someone else's game.

It think the hacker is playing favorites to sow political discourse. The DNC emails could be a drip in the bucket compared to the RNC emails but either way, they're being used manipulate the RNC implicitly or explicitly.
