Hi everyone, i have a question. When I used merriam-webster dictionary to learn the word “cashless”, I found the word is first known use in 1731, almost 300 years ago, and the definition haven’t changed till today. I have no idea about how “cashless” be invented in 1731 and how did people use it 300 years ago. I wish you guys share your opinions to me. Thank you.
