the big story reward are a skin for mp-446, terminator and a elite medal
if you mean the ranked then it is the 2 scopes for AK47 and the skin for here

it depens on which one u get there are 3 different types and you can put em on AK or type 56.
The weakest of the scopes does 48% crit chance with 15% crit dmg and the strongest is 48%chance with 44% dmg

The scope quality depends on your rank with the weak one being at 40% top mid being at 20% top and the best scope being at 10% top.
It does kinda suck that these dolls get this but great ones like famas just suffer latter on. Also RIP kar worst scope in the game
