IIRC that’s a drop in modification for the Garand, so, I’m not really bothered by it.

It’s when you have to start milling and drilling that I have objections. If it can easily be restored to original condition, who cares.

The ones I’ve seen for the Garand are a few hundred.

And I’ve not seen any that require shaving down the pillars, since that’s what the trigger group locks into.
