Depressed people generally seek escape in life via methods like substance abuse or suicide. Homosexuals and Trans people do this the same way in that they escape their natural function through Homosexuality and Changing gender (Keep in mind, changing sex is not possible and the body treats sex change operations as wounds). These escape methods effectively make them more depressed and saddened people.
