one topic I think would be a great discussion topic is nofap for personal reasons

I listened to your interview with that one guy that did nofap to impress women

and I thought that was so stupid

while it is anecdotal I do nofap for personal reasons. I feel amazing, have tons of motivation, focus, and zest for life. Things just seem to flow so much better.
