1) The Electric Universe/ Plasma Cosmology alternative for the development of forms like Ring, Elliptic & Spiral Galaxies.
The theoretical proposal & super computer models were developed by former Los Alamos Labs top Plasma Physics expert, Anthony Peratt.
A few months later, experiments performed by Winston H. Bostik empirically demonstrated that the forms with nearly identical rotational velocities (within scaled speed error margins) were physically possible.
