I've been with an abusive partner too. ptsd is crazy. glad to get therapy and out of it. it's sad that Shiloh is just now getting over it.

I went through therapy before I saw others like Shiloh still in it. It's sad to me to watch folks still with bad symptoms. Like dissociation for example. so bad to have to deal with.

I used to disaccociate at random times. like when crossing a street. it was so hard to learn to manage symptoms

it just happens. like if you get to thinking and forget where you are

that's totally dissociation.
