I've taken two IQ tests before, one was 139 another was 140

IQ isn't a matter of one's ethnicity, but of one's culture. If you've grown up in an environment that values education and success you're more likely to have a high IQ than if you were raised in a culture that doesn't value education and success.

Not all "black" cultures are as ghetto as you're presenting

Such "ghetto" and "redneck" cultures are common among black communities, although there are certain white communities that are similar, hence the term why redneck is more common among whites that are disadvantaged and unsuccessful whereas the black counterpart of that term is "thug."

Culture plays more of a part on one's IQ. When a white person isn't raised in a "redneck" culture they often are more successful, the same goes for black people who aren't raised in a "thug" culture.
