how on earth do they make sense?
He just posts in the new tripcode and says "Trip code confirmed"
makes no sense, could be anybody using that tripcode
shouldn't he be confirming with the old tripcode?

That was camera exposure issue

you can tell because if you look at a clip

the car lights brighten along with the vatican

meaning it was camera exposure instead of an actual blackout
