I bought a shitty tablet for 73 euros but the sound is terrible. Gearbest offered me a 30 euros refund through Paypal (through the dispute feature). I didn't ask Paypal to get involved yet. Should I accept it ?

I heard some people getting chinked over paypal because the seller opened a dispute on paypal and got their money back
