video evidence is an unreasonable expectation. ive never been asked for this before, even at ali

go to ali buyer protection page. it says you're guaranteed a refund if you receive a defective item. there is no asterisk there saying you must provide video evidence.

@z3rk when they provide me a video camera and a means to return the video it will be a reasonable expectation

they shouldn't do business on a website guaranteeing a refund for defective product no strings attached, if they don't like those terms
