mine keeps time well and if you don't like having it on your wrist while sleeping it'll stay for a bit

Triple flanges don't mix well with my ears

Spinfits I think are the best bet, order the mediums if you have small ears they're basically a small equivalent

Also my friend actually had a flange come off in his ear

I don't trust chink triple flanges now

With medium triple flanges I can feel the blood rush back into my ear whenever I take them out
