The main issue is consent, a fangirl is very different from an employee

The fangirl/fanboy has a choice to be a fan or not, the employee has to make money.

If he had consent, and they were past the age of consent, who was wronged? Do women not have the mental capacity to consent or not?

Are we claiming that fame can override a persons ability to consent?

According to the "Sam Harris" definition, I would agree that it does not exist. But I don't think this is a useful definition. The more relevant question is does moral agency exist, which I think certainly exists.

The common use of the term "free will" is talking about moral agency, philosophers confuse the issue by using "free will" in the deterministic sense.
