same here, just a link to his book again but really, he tells you in the video, realty is key, converting debt to cash, basically renting and creating cash flow that pays the debt and yourself, duplicating that and counting your first investment (even though in peopleโs eyes its debt) because theres cash flow, you count it as an asset and instead only count its worth. Eventually after you get so many rentals making you money, you can make your rounds and eliminate all your debt on the properties, making them yours indefinitely, unless there is an incentive to keep them as โdebtโ. Thats what I got out of this, thats why he says to study only to make sure your doing everything legal and it doesnโt come back to bite you in the ass. maybe I missed something but thatโs what I understand at least for someone starting out, you are gey
