It seems to me that giving patrons preferential treatment will lead to the effect of a echochaber. Anyways, my question was. It seems to me that the suppression of the alt right will only turn it into a dicicent movement, I think that it would be more productive to engage them in aggressive debate.

@RyanM I do not identify with the alt right, however their is full on condemnation of the Alternative right party, which to be fair is well earned. However just telling people they are bad don't listen to them will not work. I like Milos idea of let everyone say what they like, and let them dig their own grave. My fantacy would be for a president to engage these movements in debate.

I never claimed sanity, but if you want to get this back from fists flying to civil discourse supprsssing factions is not going to work.
