Argg why do people think that the tax bracket system is all wonderful and no smeg head ever points out people don't want to work after they get into the next bracket at basically half of there wage a hour.

It is tho , eg a doctor won't work more hours a week because if they do more than three days a week they go from being payed £25 a hour for the first three days to being payed £15 a hour for the next 2. And at that point can you even be bothered. Just a example not exact figures. Unless your desperate for the money plenty of people value there time more

I know at least one doctor that says exactly that. They don't have any debt so don't feel the need to work anymore hours at less pay. At a time while the 'glorious'NHS is struggling to get doctors to cover a week's shift
