I know the feeling, I’m the same way. I’ve taken to asking myself “will you lose more sleep if you get rejected than if you don’t say anything?”

For real though, I saw a video of a traditional Japanese swordsmith explaining that folded steel is pretty much an outdated method that’s only necessary if you use cheap steel.
