Honestly I like the idea of the Japanese' industrial fuedalism in a way. The mutual obligations between worker and company. The company taking care of the workers as they are able, everyone taking pay cuts, etc, over lay offs to get over a rough patch, etc.

Isn't Poland offering subsidies of like $125 or so per month per child to encourage more babies?

I could see combining the subsidy thing with banning abortion beyond rape, incest, maternal health, and fetal problems. And perhaps introduce incentives to restrict the reproduction of underclass demographics. Like compulsory contraception if you are on welfare.

Honestly, I'm okay with eugenics to an extent, I like transhumanism, etc, as a concept and I would be all for gene-tailoring my children to be healthier, more athletic, more intelligent, etc, than myself.

I could see using eugenics to do things like program the subject to be more logical, levelheaded, etc.
