Orthodox. I've just returned from a trip to Eastern Europe where I spent a disproportionate amount of time in the church. The union between the spirit and the flesh is what I believe drives us up among mere beasts and animals.

Elsewise, I also consider physical activity important. While I haven't fully gotten swole for the benefit of muscular Christianity, the gym and spending time in the great outdoors is an important activity for me alongside self mastery in other areas. Therefore I reckon that getting into something more serious would be mutually beneficial.
