7) I hold that a state can never be effective in defense or governance except when one man is in power. In light of this, I support an elected Monarch/Dictator/Tyranny, whichever you prefer. I hold that they should be in power for 20 years before being up for re-election by men and only men who have earned position by merit and not birth. These men must be white, land owners, have families with children who are not degenerate, and have a Ph. D. Having these should not make one capable of voting out right, but instead capable of being placed in that position by someone who is already there.
