I’ve had some, stuff going on and I’m sorta scared

ever since I was young I’d have periods of these “sleep walking” but it wasn’t like I’d move I’d just be completely passed out talking to somebody, and if my mom asked me something I’d answer, but they have started again but they are a lot more horrific

mainly I have very lucid dreams where I get stabbed, skinned, burned and I feel every sensation
