aside from the focus being entirely on greg's actions; it's just genuinely disgusting that people would go as far as to backstab dan for what?? trying to benefit his own wellbeing in order to help himself, by cutting away from toxicity and such? for venting out his frustrations and his mental struggles? like why is that so hard for people to understand that not everybody is gonna agree with you and want to handle your situation.
it's strictly horrifying to know that somebody would go as far as to do that, aside from all that dan has been through. people have sunken so low that it's unbelievable.
it's all about insecurity and being in the wrong. that's what you have to expect from overly immature and insensitive people. especially if they're young, they'll do everything they can to make sure that they're always right, and will refuse to take responsibility for anything. the lack of fear is there when everything is being done at first, but then it will hit them later, and they'll get all defensive about it.
it's super common with people these days, unfortunately.
@ chala, wholeheartedly agree. dan is a strong man.
and it definitely takes a lot to cancel out most bullshit in the world.
test!
greetings! ๐
see you later, man.
;w;b that's me
though i'm actually a kinnie too, so-
if. you know what kinning is, of course!
quick google definition;
> Fictionkin are people who identify non-physically as fictional characters or species. Non-physically meaning they are aware that they are, physically, human. ... Some fictionkin even believe that they are living as this universe's version of a character, and are still living as said character in another dimension.
though i use it more as a coping mechanism for my identity crisis and trauma, so.... [nervous sweating]
^ same here, man..
i mean i generally don't roleplay, but i and my "buddies" all usually kin as a group so we can keep things comfortable for each other and help close up any holes in our identities.
bubbleglum you keep sniping me. SDKJFNSJKD
it's okay! ๐
but yeah, the most common one people usually name off is multiple personality disorder i believe.
yeah i'd figure so. :'0
i
wHAT
unsure, though i didn't use any sort of derogatory language.
yeah i'm trying to paraphrase without setting off the filter?
hello!
but what i was trying to say was that it's good that you have your partner to relate to with the matter, though i don't know if you exactly consider the both of you having the same thing as good or not since DiD is a bit of a [oof sound] sometimes.
yeah it's understandable, i'm a bit the same way.
i understand. that definitely throws people for a loop from the outside. ;;
transformice is godly and your art is too
np, and ill consider it ;w;b
wait thats not the original image, hold on hmm
there we go
~~your second link doesn't seem to load.~~ it loads now.
but why not adopt both? :>
ahh, i noticed. ;w;
as for choices, i suggest getting ali, since she seems to not need as much training as caesar, and looks like she's easier to work with since she's food motivated.
greyhounds are babies. i love them.
yep! so hopefully maybe that might be a good choice for you?
funny, because one of my cousins has a whippet/greyhound mix and the thing refuses to leave your lap as soon as you sit down.
and im glad!
howdy howdy. ๐
if you like it, then its not a problem
i kinda like hardass too so
made some designs
@Nue hmm, eddsworld? :0
but remarkable work! i love it

hey yall really random but genuine question coming from a person who barely talks here
can anemia be considered a chronic illness
@Squeaks alright, fair enough, ty
i just had to think about it for a second and i needed a second mind on it
LMAO hemoglobin levels say no fuckin thank you
well, that's actually debatable.
some people can be chronically anemic and do all they can to fix it, but still maintain lower levels and symptoms of it
i have a friend who's in that situation, actually.
anemia is wack tbh
@Lao those who have blood disorders and such, yes, that's viable proof
i.e people with sickle cell anemia
oh no
i should not be laughing oh my god
@Lao thus, anemia becoming a byproduct, making someone chronically ill due to the fact that sickle cell is difficult to near-impossible to treat.
well, it's moreso how the person can maintain the anemia in the first place too, i believe.
for example, if someone is iron deficient anemic, it can still be curable, but can be horribly long-term.
a chronic illness or disease is defined as something that is long term.
sickle cell is fucking scary, i dont like it
OH NO. LMAO
alcoholism?
oh
okay that's a whole different ballpark nvm
@Lao https://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/files/docs/public/blood/anemia-inbrief_yg.pdf says;
"Many types of anemia exist, such as iron-deficiency anemia, pernicious anemia, aplastic anemia, and hemo- lytic anemia."
๐
admittedly i laughed a little. x)
but yeah
i dunno, i'm just trying to figure stuff out because i recently found out i was anemic asf and im just
hm. ๐ค
while yes, that's true, the main thing i'm trying to instill to you is that while there is treatment, the condition is still long-term. [edit: situational, since there are other treatment options such as supplements and blood transfusions]
and what's even more important to note is that from a realistic perspective, not all people are able to go through with a dietary change, especially if they're an individual who doesn't have access to actual proper food. this can result in them extending treatment time, or even not being able to properly assess the issue, which can put it in the "chronic" category.
i do see your point, however!
and that's fair, definitely.
https://www.merckmanuals.com/professional/hematology-and-oncology/anemias-caused-by-deficient-erythropoiesis/anemia-of-chronic-disease here's another article that might interest you, by the way.
en quote, "Anemia of chronic disease is a multifactorial anemia. Diagnosis generally requires the presence of a chronic inflammatory condition, such as infection, autoimmune disease, kidney disease, or cancer. It is characterized by a microcytic or normocytic anemia and low reticulocyte count.".
so you are correct about anemia becoming chronic, but circumstantial.
no, you're perfectly fine! don't worry
but i see what you mean now.
๐ ๐ป
titme.
such a convenient typo, i love it
LMAO
instead of "hit me", its now "tit me".
new phrase to kick off 2019-2020.
i mean some wont complain amirite
i just imagined the sound of a tit smacking someone's face and i think i just choked on air
STOP LMAO
making a dragon character, drafting out stuff ๐
the n word is for cowards.
go to sleep then
``goodnight, squeaks.``
honestly what a mood. i'm so tired
also offtopic, but i see you have the oni as your pfp ๐
LMAO
i played the ptb all last week, the oni is amazing
oh spicy.
OH NO
i don't exactly like the word for the simple fact is that a lot of people still use it negatively.
the south is terrifying, please no
normalizing it makes the wrong seem right, and that's not good.
most swears don't hold the same level of bad history as the n-word does, though.
the n-word was used as a derogatory term to a certain group and has been for centuries. sure, some cusses could have been used for the same thing, you're not wrong on that, but considering that the n-word was used to belittle an subcategorize an entire part of humanity, it's still one of the main slurs that can have a negative effect. it's the same thing with slurs used against jews, asians, lgbtq+, etc.
it's not a good thing to normalize such slurs because it makes people accept that "this is something we can use everyday, it's part of our vocabulary now" when it can't and shouldn't be.
racism is something that shouldn't be normalized. it goes against humanity.
^ it's also connotation.
yes, and historical context can also matter too depending on the individual.
@Squeaks agreed.
LMAO rip
but some here don't (including myself), so you cannot generalize that.
