i suppose if you're see anal sex as just another sexual act, it's contradictory. if you see it as riskier, or degenerate or something... then there is something to it *shrug* i won't weigh in here. i'm just trying to find the facts.

i think you meant to say, you can have *vaginal* intercourse with a 14 year old if you're 19, but it's a crime if they are 17 and you have anal (unless you are married). that's how i understand it.
something tells me fringe cases like that wouldn't be prosecuted by the state. (or crown, or whatever the fuck it is you leafs have)
