If model kits count, then here's my first tank.
I just put the base coat on the top so there's no details or weathering.
Also the scratch built 1/15 fridge I'm making in place of the turret.

Making good progress.
Really proud of how this is turning out despite that it's my first tank.

It's not pigment or chipping, it's a stripped-off whitewash.
Russkie winter camo was just chalk dust mixed with water so it would wash off when the rains came in spring but stay behind on sides and little nooks and crannies.

It came out a little too speckley because I sprayed it on with a too low PSI without thinning the paint out enough to compensate.

I used the hairspray technique to get the majority off and then cleaned up the rest with touchups by hand brushing.

Gotta add some rust, pin wash, mud splatter, blend the mud on the lower body with some darker wash and then flat coat that bitch.
Then I gotta finish my fridge turret.

Also gotta finish this part-done Gundam diorama eventually.

No shit, but in scale would be too tiny.
The fridge is 1/15 and roughly the same dimensions as the 1/35 KV-2 turret, other than length.
