@woof ย am a Socialist myself, and I am actually am pretty smart. Really, as cliche and arrogant as it may sound, I'd be as bold to say that almost all Socialists I've met are at least above average intelligence. It's usually our enemies, the reactionaries, the Liberals, the bourgeoisie, the Fascists, those are often the most ignorant and backwards of humanity. If you're looking for actual examples since intelligence is a pretty broad term, I am an avid reader as well as writer. I have read a multitude of literature that most people have never even heard the title, much less actually read it cover to cover. I'm not strictly talking about the greats of Far Left ideology but general progressive thought as well. I am well versed in many Feminist, Anarchist, Gender theory, POC, secular, mythpunk, new scientific method, Frankfurt school, transhumanist classics past and present. Not just that, but I am very well read in reactionary, Capitalist, and Fascist literature. I can read it, deconstruct it, and disprove it as easy as taking apart a car. I probably know more about whatever flavor of archaicness you hail from than you do, than most of my opponents would. I could recite a lot of books by heart at this point I've re-read them so often. However, knowledge is only as good as the ability to apply it. I am not just a reader, but also a writer. I have written a number of articles and analyses that have appeared in both relatively mainstream and underground outlets. I have been to many conferences and meetings that are not open to just anyone. I'm not just book smart or word smart, I am also very street smart.
