Just watched the recent video talking about propaganda and the words people use to describe things, I highly recommend learning about "frame analysis". The words used to frame things can have a huge influence on peoples' opinions. A good place to start is the book by (leftist) George Lakoff called "Don't think of an Elephant". He also has a website and there are a bunch of YouTube videos of him talking about this topic.
